Edmond G. Ambrose, U.S.A., died yesterday morning at 10:15 o'clock in Washington, D.C., after a long illness. She was a native of Norfolk County and had resided there and in South Norfolk all her life with the exception of the past year, during which she made her home in Washington. Besides her husband, she is survived by her parents, John A. and Nettie Kamp Langhorne; three daughters, Anne, Susan and Molly Ambrose of Trapp, Md.; and two sons, Willian L. Ambrose, of Trapp, Md. and Edmond G. Ambrose, Jr., of South Norfolk. Mrs. Ambrose was a member of St. Bride's Episcopal Church, Berkley. The body will be forwarded from Washington to the Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk. ********************************************* Mrs. Ethel Langhorne Ambrose - Funeral services for Mrs. Ambrose, wife of Maj. Edmond G. Ambrose, U.S.A., who died Thursday morning in Washington, D.C., will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock in St. Bride's Episcopal Church. Burial will be in the family plot in Magnolia Cemetery.
