Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark July 2, 1914

Robert M. Anderson died early yesterday morning at the family residence, 723 
Boissevain Avenue, after an illness of three weeks. He was 46 years. old. He was 
a native of Scotland but had lived in Norfolk most of his life. He is survived 
by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.S.B. Anderson and three sisters, Mrs. W.A. 
Marable, Mrs. L.S. Grove and Miss Blanche Anderson, all of Norfolk. The funeral 
will take place at 10 o'clock tomorrow at the residence. Rev. S.N. Hutchison 
will conduct the services. The interment will be private and will be held in 
Elmwood Cemetery.

ANDERSON - At the residence of his parents, No. 723 Boissevain avenue, 
Wednesday, July 1, 1914, at 7:45 o’clock a.m., ROBERT M., son of J. S. B. and 
Isabella Anderson, in the 47th year of his age.
Funeral services at the residence FRIDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock. Friends of the 
family are invited to attend. Interment private. Please omit flowers.
