The Virginian-Pilot, Wednesday, November 15, 1967

NORFOLK - Lester Anderson of 2329 Hanson Ave. died Tuesday in a hospital after a
short illness.

A native of Tabor City, N.C., he was a son of the late Pearlie and Mrs. Leola
Anderson and the husband of Mrs. Lydia Anderson.

He was a cement finisher for Satterfield Construction Co. two years and retired. He
was a member of St. Mark's Community Church.

Besides his widow, surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Maeola Jones of Norfolk; a
brother, R.J. Anderson, and a sister, Mrs. Nina Mae Windon, both of Fuquay Springs,
N.C.; and two grandchildren.

The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home.
