Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark October 24, 1915

Mrs. Norcissa Anderson, wife of M.T. Anderson, died yesterday morning at the 
residence, 1913 Granby Street after a long illness.  She was well known, highly 
regarded and was a member of Norfolk Hive, No. 5 Maccabees.  She is survived by 
her husband, a son, Arthur T. Anderson, a daughter, Miss Albertie Anderson, three 
brothers, George W., James E. and Stonewall J. Blount, all of this city.  The 
funeral will take place at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon from the residence and 
services will be conducted by Rev. G.S. Vest, rector of the Ascension Episcopal 
Church.  Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
