Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - March 11, 1993
Yvette Lowe Andrews of the 300 block of Citizen Circle, a retired nurse, died 
March 7, 1993. 
Mrs. Andrews, a native of New York City, was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. 
She was retired from the Norfolk Public School System. 
Survivors include her husband, Wade Andrews; two daughters, Ashley Andrews and 
Sylvia Andrews; one son, Randy Lowe; her mother, Sylvia Spencer Andrews; and one 
sister, Theora Staton, all of Chesapeake; two brothers, Lavell Lowe of Virginia 
Beach and Luigi Lowe of Germany; and two aunts, Shirley Garrison and Bonita 
McPherson, both of Norfolk. 
A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Shiloh Baptist Church by the Rev. 
John Foster. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may join the family 
at 2909 Candlewood Court. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
