Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, November 1, 2003 
LeRoy Jefferson "Jeff" Andrews Jr., 56, passed away peacefully with his family
by his side on Oct. 30, 2003, as a result of cancer. He had been a sales
representative for Wetsel Seed Inc. (formerly Tait's Feed & Seed) in Norfolk for
over 17 years. Born in Norfolk, he was the son of the late Dorothy McFarlane
Andrews and LeRoy J. Andrews Sr. and was a member of Bayside Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his close friend, Bill L. Polley of Virginia Beach; two
brothers, Graydon M. Andrews of Norfolk and Steven F. Andrews of Orange Park,
Fla.; and three nieces and several cousins.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. today in Bayside Presbyterian
Church by Dr. Richard J. Keever. Burial will be private in Elmwood Cemetery in
Norfolk. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bayside
Presbyterian Church, 1400 Ewell Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23455.
