BLANCHE AVELINA ARCENA, 40, wife of Thomas Arcena, died at a local hospital Saturday at 10:30 p.m. A native of Colon, Panama, and a resident of Norfolk for 14 years, she resided at 204 Chapel Street at the time of her death. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Miss Romona Arcena, of Norfolk; two sons, Louis Arcena, of California, and Joseph Arcena, of Norfolk, and a sister, Mrs. Avegail Kagada, of California. The body was taken to H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments pending funeral arrangements. FUNERALS MRS. BLANCA AVELINA ARCENA - The body of Mrs. Arcena, wife of Thomas Arcena, who died Saturday night at a local hospital, will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to St. Mary's Catholic Church for services this morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
