Norfolk Journal and Guide,Aug 9,1947 
Walter Oscar Armfield - Funeral services for Mr. Armfield, who died in a local
hospital July 31 were held in the chapel of the Wright Funeral Home August 3,
with the Rev. Carl White officiating. Interment followed in Calvary Cemetery.
Surviving are his mother, a daughter, six grandchildren, three sisters, two
brothers and several nieces and nephews.
