Tampa Bay Times March 27, 1984
ARMSTRONG, LILA C., 90, of 531 Eighth St. N., died Sunday (March 25, 1984). Born 
in Indianapolis, she came her in 1961 from Orange, Calif. And was a retired 
assistant supervisor for the New York City Transit System. Survivors include a 
son, Allan G., Jr., Orange; a brother, Forest L. Clair, Omaha, Texas, and a 
sister, Eula Weaver, West Hollywood, Fla.
