William Rankin Armstrong

Funeral services for Mr. Armstrong, whose death occurred Saturday at the
residence of his daughter, Mrs. J. Herbert Frack, 1250 North Mallory road,
Phoebus, will be held at H. D. Oliver’s Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East
Freemason street, this afternoon at 2 o’clock, with the Rev. W. W. Williford,
secretary of the Virginia Electric and Power Company Y. M. C. A. officiating. 
Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
