Norfolk Virginian February 20, 1927

ARNOLD - At the residence, near Deep Creek, Norfolk County, Saturday morning, 
February 19, 1927, at 3:30 o'clock, MRS. JENNIE ASBELL ARNOLD, wife of W.C. 
Arnold, aged 37 years and 27 days.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Deep Creek Baptist Church THIS 
(Sunday) AFTERNOON, February 20, 1927, at 2 o'clock.  Burial will be in 
Riverside Cemetery.  Friends are invited

Mrs. Jennie Asbell Arnold - Funeral services for Mrs. Arnold, wife of W.C. 
Arnold, who died at her home Saturday morning near Deep Creek were conducted at 
Deep Creek Baptist Church yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. J.A. 
Willoughby officiated.  During the services, Miss Alethea Hilliard sang 
"Sometime We'll Understand," and a quartet composed of Miss Hilliard, Mrs. 
Clarence Tynes, W.M. Corey and the Rev. Mr. Willoughby sang "Abide With Me." The 
pallbearers were Cleveland Doughtie, George Scott, S.T. Duncan, J.N. Gregory, 
M.D. Wright and W.R. Gwynn.  Interment was in Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley.
