Arthur Joseph Arrage, age 55, born April 9, 1968, of Virginia Beach, passed away 
at his home on May 13, 2023. Arthur attended Norfolk Catholic School and 
received his BA from Virginia Tech University. After college, Arthur returned 
home to Virginia Beach to build a life with family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Dr. Antoine Arrage and his wife Marilyn Arrage; 
brothers, Andrew, Alex and AJ Arrage; sisters, Adrienne Kerman and Ann DeSimone; 
nephews, Joshua (Godson), Kyle, Max, Lucas, Devan, Adam, and Jake; and niece, 
Isabel. Arthur was preceded in death by his dear mother, Jacquelen Arrage.
To those who met or knew Art, they always remember him for his wit and sarcastic 
humor and were quick to tell a funny story about him.
Funeral services will be at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Virginia 
Beach on August 5, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
