   Funeral services for Russell James Arrington, 39, a Philadelphia bachelor and 
former Norfolk resident, will be held here at the Graves establishment on Sunday 
at 1:30 p.m. 

The sermon will be delivered by the Rev. Johnnie Wooten.

Mr. Arrington, who lived in Philadelphia for 13 years, died in a hospital there 
on Nov. 15 after a short illness.  Son of Mrs. Betsy C. Arrington and the late 
James Arrington, he was a native of Nash County, NC.

At the age of nine he moved to Norfolk and remained until 1946.

In addition to his mother,  he is survived by four sisters, Miss Deborah 
Arrington of Jersey City, Miss Elizabeth Arrington,Mrs. Josephine Williams and 
Mrs. Dicey Watson of Norfolk.
