NORFOLK - William Arrington, 59, of 1211 Godfrey Ave. died Friday at 9:30 a.m. 
in a Norfolk hospital after short illness.

Son of Cobb and Eve Arrington, he was a native of Bracey, Mecklenburg County, 
and had lived in Norfolk over 40 years. He had been employed at Boush Ice & Cold 
Storage Plant 27 years. He was a member of Bracey Methodist Church and served as 
an usher.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Eve Arrington, and a sister, Miss Florence 
Arrington of Baltimore, Md.

A funeral service will be held in Hale Funeral Home Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. with 
burial in Calvary Cemetery.
