Arthur, Thomas Jefferson - At a local hospital, Wednesday, November 3, 1948, at 
5:00 o'clock p.m., Thomas Jefferson Arthur, husband of Mrs,. Harriette Coralie 
Arthur and son of the late John Franklin and Mrs. Harriette Crider Arthur, died 
aged 68 years.  Services at the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, No. 
1501 Colonial Avenue, Saturday morning at 11 o'clock.  Friends of the family are 
invited to attend.  Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.

Thomas Jefferson Arthur - Funeral services for Mr. Arthur, who died Wednesday, 
will be conducted at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments today at 11 a.m. by the 
Rev. W. W. Williford, of the Virginia Transit Company YMCA.  Burial will be in St. 
Mary's Cemetery.
