Ash died at St. Vincent's Hospital in Norfolk yesterday afternoon about 5 o'clock after a sickness of about two weeks. The deceased was the son of Mr. John Ash of South Norfolk, where he had resided for several years with his father, and was about 28 years of age. The remains were removed to Undertaker Williams establishment on Chestnut street, where they were prepared for burial. The funeral arrangements will be announced later. *************************************************************** The funeral of Mr. C.J. Ash, who died at St. Vincent's Hospital Thursday afternoon, will take place from the residence in South Norfolk today at 10 o'clock and will be conducted by Rev. S.S. Lambeth, D.D. The interment will be made in Magnolia Cemetery. The deceased was a native of England, but had been a resident of this section for a number of years. He leaves to mourn her loss a devoted wife.
