Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark July 13, 1915

The funeral of Mrs. Laura May Ashley took place yesterday afternoon from H.D. 
Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-612 Freemason Street.  Rev. J.A. Thomas 
pastor of the Cumberland Street Methodist Church, conducted the services.  
There were many beautiful flowers.  Interment was in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Death certificate indicates this person was single.
