Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark December 9, 1925

Alvah Gay Ashley, infant son of James G. and Lena Cherry Ashley, died at a 
local hospital late Monday night.  Funeral services will be held at 2:30 
o'clock this afternoon at the funeral home of E. Lee Cox & Brother, 631 
Westover Avenue.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
