ASHLIN, EDWARD SCOTT – Formerly of Norfolk, at Washington, D.C., Wednesday, 
November 28, 1951, EDWARD SCOTT ASHLIN, widower of Mrs. Mary Emma Ashlin and son 
of the late Granville H. and Mrs. Elizabeth Scott Ashlin, aged 84 years. Funeral 
services will be conducted at the Cox Funeral Home, 631 Westover Avenue, corner 
Manteo Street, THIS (Friday) AFTERNOON, at 3:30 o’clock. Friends of the family are 
invited to attend. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
