He was a native of Norfolk and had lived in Washington for 2 1/2 years, lately at 623 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W. He was a retired roofer and was a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. T. E. Fauntleroy Sr. of Washington and Mrs. V. L. Minnock of Roanoke. The body was taken to Cox Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at Elmwood Cemetery today at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Jack Minnick, pastor of Hurt Methodist Church.
