Richard David Ashlin, 54, passed away Jan. 28, 2008, while in the loving care of 
his mother. He was the son of Pieternella Ashlin and the late Lawrence Ashlin. 
Richard retired from NNSY as a quality assurance specialist. Left to cherish his 
memory in addition to his mother are his brother, Michael Ashlin; sisters, Jenny 
Abrigo, Maggie Padilla, Sidney Ashlin Dashiell and Mary Kramer; a cousin, John 
Ashlin; brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends. Richard 
enjoyed hiking, nature and the mountains. A private family service will be held at 
a later date.
