LAWMEN ID DEAD CYCLIST

A bicycle rider killed Nov. 16 on US 1 north of Indrio Road has been identified 
as Joseph Moses Assaf, 43 of Fort Lauderdale.

The Florida Highway Patrol said a car driven by Chester A. Pruszynski, 42, of 
40th Ave., Vero Beach, struck Assaf while they were both southbound on US 1.

No charges were filed against Pruszynski, a patrol spokesman said.
