She was the widow of Howard Forbes Atkinson and a daughter of the late William Winn and Mrs. Margaret Rogan Millar. She was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk and a member of Ghent Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Aubrey S. Gaskins and a son, Edwin A. Atkinson, both of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. George R. Williams, Tampa, Fla., and Mrs. W. Kenneth Barnes, Dade City, Fla.; two brothers, William Winn Millar, of Richmond; and Rogan L. Millar, of Norfolk, and two granddaughters. Funeral services will be conducted at the Cox Funeral Home tomorrow at 11 a.m. by the Rev. A.B. Clark, D.D., pastor of the Ghent Methodist Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
