AUSTIN, MATTIE BYRD - At the residence, 3108 Dunkirk Avenue, Monday morning, April 
2, 1956, at 6:15 o’clock, MATTIE BYRD AUSTIN, widow of William B. Austin and 
daughter of the late Asa H. and Mrs. Louisa Osborne Hawkes, in the 90th year of 
her age. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home 
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, April 4, 1956, at 2 o’clock. Friends of the family invited to 
attend. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
