The Virginian-Pilot November 7, 1985 

NORFOLK - John Fitzgerald Austin of 2967 Argonne Ave., a native of Hampton, died 
Saturday in Norfolk.

Mr. Austin was a construction worker and a member of the Holiness faith.

Survivors include his parents, Geraldine B. Austin and Sandy Austin Jr.; three 
sisters, Vickey Terrell, Donnella Austin and Jannie M. Austin, all of Norfolk; 
and two brothers, Sandy Austin III and Terrence Austin, both of Norfolk; and two 
nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Metropolitan Funeral Home 
by Elder Samuel L. Logan. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will 
assemble at 137 E. Indian River Road at 1 p.m. Saturday.
