Norfolk - Carl T. Axelsen, 73, the husband of the late Mrs. Jessie Webster 
Axelsen, died Thursday at 2 p.m. in a hospital.

A native of Mandal, Norway, he lived here 45 years.

Survivors include a stepdaughter, Mrs. Michael J. Flowers, of Norfolk; a stepson, 
Robert Webster, of Stratford, Conn.; a sister, Mrs. Agnes Dorsen, of Mandal, 
Norway; and a brother, Fritz Axelsen, of Brooklyn.

The body was taken to H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.
