Axelsen, and daughter of the late Thomas and Jessie Gibson Wilson, died in the 62nd year of her age. Remains will be taken from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Michael Flowers, No 515 West 29th Street, to the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, No. 1501 Colonial Avenue, for services Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Jessie Webster Axelsen, 61, wife of Thomas C. Axelsen and daughter of the late Thomas and Mrs. Jessie Gibson Wilson, died at a Norfolk hospital yesterday at 6:30 a.m. She was a native of Buffalo, N. Y., and a resident of this section for several years, residing at 894 Botetourt Street at the time of her death. Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Michael Flowers, of Norfolk; two sons, Robert Webster and Daniel Webster Axelsen, of Bridgeport, Conn.; three grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Melhouse and Mrs. Ella Vecsey, of Bridgeport. The body will be taken from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Michael Flowers, 515 West Twenty-ninth Street, to the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments for services Wednesdya at 2 p.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
