Babcock, 69 years of age, died at his home 815 Windsor Avenue, at 9 o'clock last night. He is survived by his wife; three children, Mrs. Phillip Morris, Hertford, N.C.; Mrs. P.F. Sabine, Richmond; and Walter B. Babcock, Jacksonville, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. J.J. Wispell, Washington; and one brother, J.L. Babcock, Little Bay, Va.
