Norfolk Landmark October 5, 1899
The funeral of Mr. Gilbert T. Bacchus, son of Captain and Mrs. James W. Bacchus, 
who died Tuesday at his parents’ home, Avenue B, Atlantic City ward, took place 
from LeKies Memorial M. E. Church yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock. The services 
were conducted by the Rev. W. T. Williams and the interment was in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
