BACKUS, KATHERINE VIRGINIA SEELEY – At a local hospital, Thursday, March 10, 1960, 
at 11:48 a.m., KATHERINE VIRGINIA SEELEY BACKUS, widow of Albert Cleveland Backus, 
and daughter of the late Robert W., and Virginia Waller Seeley, in the 72nd year 
of her age. Services at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Ave., 
SUNDAY AFTERNOON, March 13, at 2 o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to 
attend. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
