Virginian-Pilot  April 29, 1917
Mrs. Anna Badami, wife of L. Badami, died at a local hospital at 6:30 o'clock last 
night, aged 38 years.  She was a native of Italy, but had been a resident of 
Norfolk during the past eight years, and was well-known and esteemed.  Besides her 
husband, she is survived by one son, J. Badami, two sisters, Mrs. Mary Spracino 
and Mrs. Angela Passanti, of Canada.  The body was removed to her residence, 516 
Fenchurch Street.  The funeral will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10 
o'clock tomorrow morning.  Services will be conducted by Rev. P. P. Brennan.  
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
