CHESAPEAKE-Elmer Eli Bagley, 75, of 1073 Sharon Drive, Norcova Estates, died
Tuesday in his home.

A native of Edenton, NC, he was a retired employee of Portsmouth State Housing
Authority, a Baptist, and a member of Grassfield Ruritan Club.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Shirley Kriscolouis of Norfolk,  Mrs. Dorothy
Tluchak of Virginia Beach, and Mrs. Lillie Mae Williams, Mrs. Norma Barry, and
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Olah of Chesapeake;  and four sons, Melvin Bagley, Kenneth
E. Bagley, and Fred L. Bagley of Chesapeake, and Leon Bagley of Virginia Beach.

A funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in Twiford Colonial Chapel,
Great Bridge.  Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
