Dr. Bagnall, who was 80 years old, was the son of the late William D. and Elizabeth D. Bagnall. He was a native of this city. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in medicine, he was a surgeon in the Confederate army, and practiced his profession in Norfolk and Baltimore. He is survived by one brother, J. Selden Bagnall, and was also a brother of the late H. Boswell Bagnall. Funeral services will be held at the grave, Elmwood cemetery, this morning upon arrival of N.Y., P & N. steamer, which is due at 9:20 o'clock.
