Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - July 13, 1991

Jeffrey Edward Bailey, 8, of the 700 block of Kimball Court, died July 8, 
1991, in Norfolk.
Jeffrey was born in Norfolk and was a student at Chesterfield Heights 
Elementary School.
Survivors include his mother, Gladys Bailey of Norfolk; two sisters, Cynthia 
Bailey and Davinia Bailey, both of Washington; and his grandparents, Martha 
Artis and Johnny Gatlin, both of Franklin.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Bethany Baptist Church, 
Chesapeake, by the Rev. Anthony Moses. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. 
E.A. Hughes Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
