Angela Marie Bailey, 83, died Friday, December 5, 2014, in her home. She was a 
native and lifelong resident of Norfolk and was the daughter of the late Harry and 
Mary Cashin Hicks, the second youngest of nine children.
Mrs. Bailey graduated from Maury High School and retired as a secretary from 
DePaul Hospital.
Survivors include her fiancé, two sisters, her son and daughter-in-law, two 
daughters, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 10, 2014, in 
Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. The Reverend Father Joseph H. Metzger III will 
officiate. Inurnment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
