Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, February 13, 2002
Catherine Bailey, 85, of Autumn Care Nursing Home and formerly of the 1400 block 
of Goff St., Norfolk, died Feb. 8, 2002, at Chesapeake General Hospital. 

Born in Norfolk, she retired from Sunlight Laundry. She was a member of Bethel 
Baptist Church, Norfolk, and a former member of Macedonia UCC. 

She is survived by two stepsons; a step granddaughter; and host of cousins. She 
was predeceased by her mother, Ardelia Newby Ingram. 

A funeral will be held Thursday at noon in the chapel of Hale Funeral Home, 
Norfolk, by the Rev. Thomas Hart. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery .
