Mr. Baillio was a native of Norfolk and a lifelong resident of Tidewater. He was the widower of Alice Andrews Baillio, his wife of 63 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Norfolk. He retired from the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad after 40 years of unbroken service. Survivors include two sons, Gary A. Baillio, III, of Virginia Beach, David L. Baillio, of Newport News; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at the mausoleum in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk, at 1 p.m. Monday by the Rev. Msgr. William Pitt. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, will be handling the arrangements.
