G.K. BAKER, son of the late Capt. Joseph Baker, aged 45 years. Funeral from the Armstrong Memorial Presbyterian Church THIS (Friday) AFTERNOON at 5 o'clock. Friends and acquaintances invited to attend. ************ The many friends of Captain G.K. Baker will be pained to learn of his death, which occurred at his residence, on Clifton street, yesterday morning at 4:30 o'clock, after a lingering illness from brain trouble. The deceased was the son of the late Joseph Baker and was well known by steamboat men and sea captains. He leaves a widow and three children to mourn their loss. His funeral will take place this afternoon at 5 o'clock from the Armstrong Memorial Presbyterian Church. *********************** Capt. Girty K. Baker, son of the late Capt. Joseph Baker, died in Berkley Wednesday night. He was formerly a native of Portsmouth.
