Norfolk Journal and Guide, June 13, 1964
Norfolk - David Baker, 87, of 942 Bank street, was given final rites Wednesday
in Morning Glory Funeral Chapel by the Rev. J. W. Matthews.  Burial was in Mt.
Olive Cemetery.

A native of Norfolk, Mr. Baker was a son of the late William Tabb and Mrs.
Georgia Tabb and widower of Mrs. Nannie Baker.  He died June 3 in a local
hospital.  He was a self-employed gardener for 50 years.

Survivors include a son, William Baker;  and two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth
Fleming and Miss Emma Baker, all of Norfolk.
