Virginian Pilot May 4, 1974

VIRGINIA BEACH - Miss Elizabeth Halstead Baker, 72, of 210 81st St. died Friday in 
Norfolk. 
A native of Norfolk, she was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Virginia 
Beach.
Surviving are a niece, Mrs. Anne Powers of Coral Gables, Fla.; and a nephew, 
William Halstead of New Jersey.
The body was taken to H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.

Prefix of Miss in obituary misleading.  She married Calvin Cline Baker, Sr.in 1928 

but was divorced.
