Funeral will be at the Cumberland Street M.E. Church WEDNESDAY, June 9th at 3 o'clock. Friends and acquaintances are respectfully requested to attend. *************************************************************************** Mrs. Mary Ann Baker, wife of Mr. William Baker, died Monday at her home on Bermuda Street, in the sixty-fifth year of her age. The funeral will take place at 3 o'clock this afternoon from the Cumberland Street Methodist Church. The deceased was a lady of most generous traits of character and was a member of the above church. It is said that during the civil war she rendered valuable aid to the Confederacy as a nurse.
