Princess Anne Road, a realtor, died Saturday at 1:30 a.m. in an hospital. A native of Norfolk, he was a son of Mrs. Mary Payne Baldwin and the late William Ludwell Baldwin and the husband of Mrs. Elaine Kibler Baldwin. He was a graduate of the University of Virginia and a member of Phi Gamma Delta. For 20 years he lived in Garrison, N.Y., where he was a vestryman of St. Philip's Episcopal Church in the Highlands He was a member of Christ and St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Norfolk, at the time of his death. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. James A. Lanier III of Milburn, N.Y. and Miss Mary Ludwell Baldwin of Garrison; a son, William Ludwell Baldwin III of Garrison; and a sister, Mrs. Jack Clinton Fairchild of Atlanta. The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Christ and St. Luke's Episcopal Church Monday for a funeral service at noon by Dr. Peyton R. Williams. Remains will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Christ and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church for a funeral service Monday at 12 o’clock noon. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
