Richmond Times-Dispatch (VA) – Monday August 24, 1992
Francis Bernard Couper Baldwin, III, Powhatan, died August 20, 1992. He is 
survived by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Frances B.C. Baldwin, Jr., Powhatan; one 
sister, Molly E. Baldwin, Powhatan; material grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. James B. 
Riggle, Roanoke; paternal grandfather, Mr. Frances B.C. Baldwin, Norfolk; uncle 
and aunt, Elam C. Toone, III and Katherine B. Toone, Richmond; two cousins, 
Jennifer B. and Frances R. Toone. Memorial services were held 11:00 a.m. 
Saturday in the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Powhatan. Interment was held 1:30 
p.m. Sunday in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk. Memorial contributions may take the 
form of donations to Cumberland Rescue Squad and Powhatan Rescue Squad.
