Deceased Name: ELAINE K. BALDWIN

Elaine Kibler Baldwin, 80, died Saturday, Jan. 9, 1999, at Westchester County 
Medical Center, Valhalla, N.Y. 

She was the wife of the late William Ludwell Baldwin who predeceased her in 
1965. Mrs. Baldwin was a resident of Norfolk from 1938 to 1946. She and the 
late Mr. Baldwin were married in Christ and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in 
Norfolk in 1938. 

She was the mother of Hope B. Lanier, Mary Ludwell Baldwin and William Ludwell 
Baldwin; sister of Gordon Kibler; and is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 
one great-grandchild.
