Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark March 28, 1914

Laura Virginius Balsom, year old son of Lonnie E. and Mrs. Eva Ricks Balsom, died 
at the family residence, 6 Canton Street, yesterday morning at 8 o'clock.  The 
funeral will take place at the grave in Magnolia Cemetery this afternoon at 5 
o'clock.

Additional Comments:
Changed daughter to son  - According to birth and death certificates this child 
was a boy.
