Bamberger, aged 82, died at the residence of his son-in-law, Lowery D. Finley, 810 Redgate Avenue, yesterday morning at 7:50 o'clock. Mr. Bamberger was a native of Baltimore and a well-known and highly esteemed resident of Norfolk for the past 81 years. He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. E. J. Doran, of Norfolk; Mrs. M. F. McMahon and Mrs. Louis Reuger, both of Richmond; Mrs. James I. Barry, of New York, and Mrs. Lowery D. Finley, of Norfolk, and 10 grandchildren. The body will be taken from the residence of his daughter, Mrs. E. J. Doran, Armistead Bridge Court Apartments, 800 West Princess Anne Road, to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for funeral services tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. The Rev. Leo J. Ryan, the pastor, will officiate. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Funeral services for Mr. Bamberger, who died Sunday morning, were conducted yesterday morning at 10 o'clock at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by the Rev. Leo J. Ryan, pastor. In his address at the conclusion of the mass, Father Ryan spoke of Mr. Bamberger's strong faith and good Catholic Christian character. During the service, Mrs. F. R. McLaughlin sang "O Salutaris", with Mrs. C. R. Davies, accompanist. There was a large attendance and many floral offerings. The casket was covered with a double cluster of red and white carnations, baby's breath and ferns. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery. The pallbearers were Walter S. Buchanan, Dempsey C. Bell, Joseph B. Bell, James D. Finley, James A. Calvin, Frank B. Parrott and J. Fred Dalton.
