Norfolk Virginian April 27, 1892
The funeral of Mrs. Mary Banks, wife of Mr. Hardy J. Banks, took place yesterday 
evening at 5 o’clock from the residence, corner Mariner and Fenchurch street, and 
was con-ducted by Rev. C. J. Jones, Jr. The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.
The pallbearers were: Jno. M. Broughton, Chas. L. Quinn, Geo. H. Keeling, Jesse L. 
Seneca, W. B. Sanderlin, Jno. W. Gregory, W. E. Hudgins, Wm. A. Bonney.
