Mrs. Lottie B. Moore Banks, 76, widow of Charles H. Banks and daughter of Henry 
V., and Mrs. Julia Fatherly Moore, a lifelong resident of his section, died 
yesterday at 3:40 a.m. at the Mary F. Ballentine Home.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Claud L. Halstead, of Norfolk; one 
sister, Mrs. Thomas Winingder, of Norfolk; four grandsons, Capt. Leslie H. 
Halstead, of Heidelberg, Germany; Kenneth G., William G., and Charles L. 
Halstead, all of Norfolk.
The body will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Memorial 
Methodist Church, Berkley, for services Tuesday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. 
George W.M. Taylor, pastor of Ferebee Halstead Methodist Church, officiating. 
Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
