RAFFAELE BARBARISE

NORFOLK - Raffaele Barbarise, 89, of 8562 Chesapeake Blvd., died Thursday 
afternoon in a hospital.

He was a native of Italy and retired.

He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Lena Morrello and Mrs. Edith White of 
Norfolk, Mrs. Mary Kelley of Miami, and Mrs. Jean Phelps of Jacksonville, Fla.; 
two sons, Joseph Barbarise and Ralph Barbarise, and a brother, Alfonso Barbarise, 
all of Norfolk; 20 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A Christian Wake service will be held tonight at 7:30 in H. D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments.  A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Saturday at 
11:30 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic Church with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.

The family will be at 8017 Tarpon Place.
