Barber, 71, of 320 Freemason St. died in a hospital Monday. He was a native of Philadelphia and lived here six years. He was a son of Percy V. and Mrs. Mary G. McGowen Barber. He is survived by two brothers, Paul M. Barber of Ardmore, Pa. and Vincent I. Barber of Philadelphia. The body was taken to H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. **************************************************************************** BARBER, JOHN A. - In a Norfolk hospital, Monday, John A.
